Follow-Up Appointments:
• Attend all scheduled follow-up appointments for proper monitoring and care adjustments. If your doctor is out of state, you can sign a release with the doctor’s office where your surgery is performed to give permission of your home PCP to transfer your care. Most PCPs would like to be made aware of the surgery prior to you having the surgery to prepare to better serve you after your surgery. If your PCP is unable to take care of you after your surgery, there are surgeons in your area that will take on your care for an additional price per session. Massage is not an alternative for medical care it is to be utilizing in conjunction with your medical care.
